This program is targeted at U9–U13 players and is suitable for current Sutherland Strikers JDL/GJDL players, Strikers Advanced Academy players, and A & B Grade club players.

Sessions will focus on the five core Sutherland Strikers skills:
• Running with the Ball
• Striking the Ball
• First Touch
• 1v1 Attacking
• 1v1 Defending

These sessions are technically focused and designed to help players further develop and refine their skills on the field.
