SSFA Summer Sixes is a fast-paced, social football competition designed for players of all abilities. With smaller teams, more touches on the ball and plenty of goals, it’s the perfect way to stay active and enjoy football with friends during the summer months.

    Competition Dates

    • Thursday competition: 15 October–17 December 2026

    • Friday competition: 16 October–18 December 2026

    *Mixed competitions will operate in the same way as the winter season. Teams may consist entirely of boys, entirely of girls, or a combination of both, with no minimum number of girls required.

    • U6: $85 per player

    • U8–U12: $95 per player

    • U14–U16: $105 per player

    • All Age: $140 per player

    • U6 Mixed* and Girls (4 V 4 smaller field)

    • U8 Mixed* and Girls

    • U10 Mixed* and Girls

    • U12 Boys and Girls

    • U14 Boys and Girls

    • U16 Boys and Girls

    • All Age Men

    All competitions are subject to sufficient team nominations.

  • Age groups will generally be scheduled as follows:

    Thursday

    • 4:45pm: U8 Mixed & Girls, U10 Mixed & Girls

    • 5:20pm: U8 Mixed & Girls, U10 Mixed & Girls, U12 Boys & Girls

    • 6:05pm: U10 Mixed & Girls, U12 Boys & Girls,

    • 6:50pm onward: All Age Men & Women

    Friday

    • 4:45pm: U5/U6 Mixed & Girls, U8 Mixed & Girls,

    • 5:20pm: U8 Mixed & Girls, U10 Mixed & Girls

    • 6:05pm: U10 Mixed & Girls, U12 Boys & Girls

    • 6:50pm: U12 Boys & Girls, U14 Boys & Girls

    • 7:40pm: U14 Boys & Girls, U16 Boys & Girls

    • 8:30pm: U16 Boys & Girls

    Please note these times are indicative only and may be adjusted based on team nominations and final competition entries to ensure the best possible schedule.

  • Teams must have a minimum of six (6) players and may register a maximum of 10 players.

    • For U6- Minimum four(4) maximum eight(8)

    All Players must have matching shirts, U12+ teams - all players required to have a jersey number on the back of their jersey
